Our school community runs on the time, talents, and enthusiasm of our amazing parent volunteers. Whether you love planning, creating, organizing, or simply bringing people together, there’s a place for you! We’re looking for volunteers to help lead some of our most popular events this year:
Room Parent — Room parents support teachers throughout the year with important classroom needs, including Thursday folders and class parties. Interested? Please reach out directly to your child’s teacher.
STEAM Fair Co-Lead — Help bring science, technology, engineering, art, and math to life with hands-on activities and demonstrations. You’ll be paired with an experienced co-lead to help get things rolling.
Movie Night Lead — Calling all movie fans! Choose the movie, coordinate concessions, help set up the AV, and create a fun night for the whole school community.
K-4 Glow Party Lead — Love black lights, glow sticks, and dancing? Help make this high-energy event shine! We have lots of decorations and supplies from previous years to help you get started.
Bingo Co-Leads — Help organize an evening of bingo, prizes, and raffles that is always a hit.
Spelling Bee Lead — Coordinate this fun academic competition, open to students in grades 3-6.
Read-a-Thon Co-Lead - Work alongside an experienced co-lead to organize this school-wide reading celebration, encourage student participation, and keep the momentum going throughout the event.
Reflections Lead -Showcase our students' creativity by coordinating the submission process and promoting participation of our talented student artists.
Interested in volunteering? We’d love to have you join us! No experience necessary—just a willingness to help make these events happen. Please email Libby Williams at libbymudoon@gmail.com to volunteer for a position or to discuss where you’d fit best.
